2. The absolutely best version of štruklji I have ever eaten was on “Dom na Kofcah mountain hut”. It is located on Karawanks mountain range. Kofce are also famous because of this dish.

3. I’m subjectively more inclined towards [Croatian štrukli](https://www.recepti.hr/upload/zagorski_strukli.jpg) from Zagorje region, but this version is also delicious.
