  28. Until he realizes what he said and starts claiming that he never said it. Regardless, what Trump says doesn’t matter. He’ll quite literally say anything. All that matters is what he does. And if his behavior doesn’t change, any verbal condemnation he might utter is rendered perfectly meaningless.
