A “depraved and gutless” man has been jailed for raping a girl during a three-year period of abuse, police have said.
Daniel Carter began his sexual offences against the victim in 2019 when she was aged nine, Cheshire Police said.
He was arrested after the victim revealed the abuse but Carter “refused to admit his guilt”, Det Con Steph Darbyshire said.
The 28-year-old, from Macclesfield, was jailed for 13 years after he was convicted at Chester Crown Court of 10 counts of child sex offences, including rape of a child under 13, exposure and sexual assault.

Sentencing council need protested. Why is someone getting less than life for MULTIPLE rapes of the same young child, over years? Should be life. You cannot rehabilitate these ‘people’.
Yes, she is alive. Yes, she will recover. But how much damage has this done? We don’t have memory erasing devices, and until we can remove traumatic memories, the fact remains that this will SCAR her forever and he should be in prison for the remainder of his life so she can at least feel safer.
He will be out around the time she is becoming an adult and trying to find her way. We already know these abusers reoffend, again, and again. He has proven that himself.
Nice, now do the one that owns two Golf Clubs in Scotland. Then maybe take a look at some of those fellows in Westminster…

The death penalty is needed for people like this.
What use is this man in society? Ruined a child’s life and will be free to get back on with his in his late 30s.

It’s odd (or is it?), whenever a BAME perpetrator does the slightest, the news is posted posted all over these UK subs quite quickly (like here) and is hyped for a few days but if the criminal is from the same demographic as the criminal here i.e. White British then the same people don’t see it attention worthy.
Doesn’t take a rocket scientist to work this out but here on Reddit it seems to be allowed with people at the helm pleading ignorance (or banning) when asked.
Why is this important? because this is why these animals get away with soft sentences. Apathy when the perpetrator isn’t BAME.

The unfortunate reality is asylum and immigration as a whole has been used to escape from crimes abroad.
