The education system needs a complete overhaul and additional funding to make this possible. Whilst I agree that all children should have access to education, forced inclusion of unpredictable, disruptive and often violent students in mainstream classrooms comes at the cost of defacto exclusion of 30+ other students from their right to a quality education, a safe environment and a platform to voice their opinions.
