Prince Harry is celebrating another big moment of his life as he turns 41, but the Royal Family once again snubbed the Duke of Sussex when it came to honoring his big day on social media.
The younger son of King Charles has been at odds with his family for several years, and alongside his wife, Meghan Markle, they stepped away from official royal duties in 2020.
And while he has been trying to “work some magic” despite still having to “pass some tests” in his efforts to reunite with his father, they didn’t lead to a public acknowledgement from the family when it came to his big day.
Though both his father and brother, Prince William, did acknowledge him in 2024 for his 40th birthday, the royal family has traditionally not honored his birthday on social media since 2021.
This is due to issues within the family over explosive claims he has made since stepping away from his role as an active royal and the fact that he is not a working member of the family.
That means that despite Harry and the King working to mend fences when they reunited in the UK last week for the first time in 19 months, royal fans shouldn’t expect to see any posts in honor of Harry on the official family accounts.
The reunion between the father and son has served as a first step in potentially trying to mend the rift, though it is reported that the damage between Harry and his older brother is irreparable.
As such, a reunion between them is not expected.
While the royals, regardless of their relationship status with Harry, snubbed him, his wife did notably post a tribute to her husband on her accounts.
