Gov. Ferguson promises legal action if the Trump Administration halts operations at Hanford’s multi-billion-dollar waste treatment plant.

Washington state will take legal action if necessary to hold the Trump Administration accountable to its obligation to Hanford’s multi-billion-dollar Waste Treatment and Immobilization Plant, Gov. Bob Ferguson said at a press event Friday alongside other elected officials, tribal leaders and labor representatives.
