Those tanks are going to the Arrow 22 military exercise in Niinisalo, which is not anywhere near the Russian border.
I guess tasks to fly into Finnish air space is like a heavenly gift for Russian pilots nowadays: alternative would be flying and getting shot over Ukrainian territory.
