I don’t think you can even find 3 million braincells within the crowd!
A lot of effort is clearly being spent by the far-right to spread the narrative that three million did turn up.
If you’re going to make up insane, ludicrous, figures, just go all out. Say 60 million people turned up or something. Act like almost the entire population of Britain turned out to support you. It’s just as realistic as claiming 3 million, and you’d still have people trying to justify it anyway.

Lol the Iraq protest in 2003 was estimated between one million and two million. Aerial shot of the Saturday one looked like a section or that protest so I’d say the met numbers are more accurate.

Honestly, I had little frame of reference. I googled the capacity of Wembley stadium and subsequently the crowds going to and from there. Using that as a metric (whilst not perfect) I would say it definitely wasn’t much over 150,000 at the Tommy tit march.

There really needs to be some kind of legal repercussions for political figures blatantly lying like this. The amount of irreparable damage it causes to society, getting people worked up around things that just bloody aren’t occurring, is maddening.

You have to be incredibly dense to believe it was three million. 100K + is still a lot anyway. Even if it is a fraction of those turning up to the second referendum rallies a few years back.
So tired of all this. Truth appears to be completely irrelevant as a concept now, it’s just repeat bullshit as loud and long as you can until people just give up refuting it.
Every organiser or organizing entity hugely overinflates attendance numbers of demonstrations, gatherings and interventions. Particularly if the event was relatively large.
Obviously anyone is free to blame the inflated count on Robinson, citing drug use, drunkenness, mental deficiency etc.
But if these are true, then by implication, these reasons are why every other organising political activists do the same thing.
I’m not convinced that making Tommy Robinson a folklore boogieman is the best way of breaking down and dismantling the real core of what he represents.

I’m really annoyed at how much air time this shite the right protest is getting. If he was so popular why did he have to lie on social media advertising that it was three different things? Why did people who go there say they didn’t know Tommy Robinson was involved, nor Katie Hopkins nor Elon fucking Musk?
The reason it was called Unite the Kingdom is because it was similar to the Unite the Right rally in the US a few years back , but they couldn’t call it unite the right because the connection between the two events here and in the US would spur the narrative once the press made the connection and once people did some research and saw what the unite the right rally in the US resulted in.
Tommy Robinson is nothing more than a islamaphobic grifter, and that was evident on Saturday by the calibre of people who kicked off there and tried to encircle peaceful counter protestors who were leaving at 4pm in their designated time slot.
I’ll also say that a lot of football hooligans who were banned from the two football matches taking place on Saturday within London used this as an excuse to get amongst it because they couldn’t physically watch their teams play because they’re heathens. The rugby match also drew in drunken NZ tourists who were also just there because of the match, include that with the 550k tourists per day London sees on average and the fact they probably got caught up in the unite the grifters march while just trying to navigate London tourist hot spot routes like Trafalgar Square…
He’s not as popular as people think, and that was evident by the audible sound of booing when he brought out his mate Mr House— I mean Elon Musk on the big screen.
But why do facts and logical analysis matter?
