EQT, one of the largest gas producers in the US, has recently entered the LNG marketing world by securing 4.5 million tons of US LNG. EQT Chief Legal and Policy Officer William E. Jordan tells Energy Intelligence that the company is not looking to expand its LNG business and is concerned by the EU’s methane regulation as a major barrier to LNG contracting.
