Hello dear people of r/bulgaria, I am back again with some weird questions. First it was най добрата фирма now it’s insignias.

A bit about me:

I am Nebojša, and I am a 17 y/o student from the Republic of Srpska (Province in Bosnia and Herzegovina). I come from a Military family, so my interest for everything Military related was huge, and a few months I started my own collection, with the final goal of having at least a single insignia from every Nation’s Armed Forces’.

I’ve started my collection by writing emails to the Armed Forces’ of the world, but I got a response from a very few nations and a few kind redditors, so my collection is small-ish. And my goal is to have at least a single insignia from as many nations possible.

I’ve sent a EMail to the Armed Forces’ in May of 2021 and I sadly didnt get a response.So I would like to ask you the people of r/bulgaria if you are/have served in the Armed Forces and you have some spare insignias to contact me

  1. I have a friend that used to serve in the armed forces a little over a decade ago(but he got bored and became a fitness instructor instead). I’ll ask him, but knowing him, I’d say the chances are slim to none.

  2. You should know one thing about BGAF, we technically don’t have official insignias. It’s up to each battalion and regiment to design and procure them. So you’d have a good chance to get one of those insignias only if you manage to get a hold of somebody serving there, not the government level channels.(Also our PR teams of the armed forces are reaaaally outdated and probably don’t even engage in such requests).
