4. I’ve said this before, this is not how you do tariffs. Tariffs are a strategic tool, but a monopoly (Chinese industry) can merely raise the price if you don’t first foster competition that won’t pay tariffs.

   Trump skipped the most important step, one that could have solved unemployment, and fix the issue of immigrants competing for jobs by opening enough positions for everybody
