“The economy of the future is being built, a green, digital and inclusive vision for citizens. The VLEN Government is proving every day that it is a partner of citizens and entrepreneurship, orienting the country’s economy towards European standards and modern development. The Minister of Economy and Labor, Besar Durmishi, participated in the largest business conference in the country, “Business Leaders”, where he presented a clear vision for building a sustainable and competitive economy,” the VLEN Coalition press release states.
VALEN says that the Government is creating conditions for young people to build their future in the country.
“This vision is based on three main pillars: green transformation, digitalization and innovation. Through a strong partnership between the public and private sectors, the Government is creating conditions for young people to build their future in the country, for companies to strengthen and for the standard of living to increase for all citizens. In this regard, the following are already in force: the Law on Financial Support for Investments, the Laws on Technological-Industrial and Green Industrial Zones, the Strategy for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises 2025–2030 and the Action Plan 2025–2027. Through these instruments, 4.23 billion denars of financial support have been made available, of which 1.77 billion denars are provided from the state budget. The focus is also on the Operational Plan for Employment 2025, with a budget of 2.5 billion denars, which will include over 16.000 citizens through training, internships and self-employment. Meanwhile, as of 1 January 2026, the new Labor Law will enter into force, aiming to reduce informal work and increase employment, especially among seasonal workers. VLEN is building a modern and inclusive economy as part of the governing coalition. These policies are proof that VLEN is building a modern and inclusive economy, where every job and every investment in knowledge and technology is an investment in the future of the country. The VLEN government sees the economy as a national project, where every business success is a success of the state. The change is already tangible: a stronger, more humane and more competitive economy is taking shape, guaranteeing prospects for citizens and sustainable development for generations to come,” the VLEN coalition emphasizes.
