What specific foods on this plate are supposed to make it a salad?
No cheddar cheese, no scallions, no proper ham, no proper tomatoes. It’s not a salad suitable for Irish palates.
This reminds me of the time I stopped in Lifford and ordered a salad in a cafe.
The plate was packed with such random things, maybe it was a Donegal thing.

I prefer a meat salad with sausage, bacon, black and white pudding with some beans and large croutons…..your’s isn’t too bad I guess
