Green (if red shouldn’t be pulling down there according to the road markings) but it’s a car park and everyone ignores them, especially at a top spot like that.
If red was there first, and I was green, I’d just drive on and wouldn’t try park in it. Same if green was there first and I was in the red car.
So for context…..Car A argued with Car B….. as Car B took the spot in the end…..Car A would needed to have come down a one way ever so slightly to take the free spot, but needed Car B to continue on…. Hoping the drawing explains this enough
Car A would have needed to go the wrong way in a one-way system to reach that parking spot.

Car B, with the single exception that if Car A had been sitting there waiting for the car that had been in that spot to move out, in which case they should have got it since they were there first.
Car A is a cunt.
Car A is a dick move as it’s moving into one way system. Also you would have known car B had a right to it because you would have seen them coming. Personally I wouldn’t have jumped in if I saw car B driving towards it as they had followed the rules. Timeline is important
