  1. hold on til next year and the impact of the anti tourism movement takes effect

  2. 5% unemployment is full employment. ,(there are always people between jobs) Any lower and wages start rising, because not enough personnel.

So halve it again in the next 10 years. Good to see austerity worked great for Southern Europe.

  3. It’s sad when a friend lost their way. First Ireland when they switched the whiskey bottle for a suitcase. Now Spain doing the W-word. Who is next? Greece? Portugal?

  4. Don’t panic, it is still on the verge of tourism season. In a month they will all be unemployed again.

  5. Covid > work from home > never having to get out of bed

    Pandemic fixed Spain

  6. Spain lost it’s PIGS status now it’s my turn

    PIGF

  7. We have so many immigrants that come here with no respect for the local customs. They arrive and start working immediately, can you believe the gall?

  8. 10% is this real? Jesus. So many Portuguese go work in Spain, how is it possible being 10%?

  9. That 20% wasn’t real, just employers not registering the work and people not paying taxes….*cough* tourism industry *cough*

  10. And counting gig economy workers that barely make a living as “employees” blows up that number. But only if it kills European company, savages companies can continue the old exploit

  11. It was lower in the past and it’s still lower because lots of people are working unregistered but yes😔

We are also net contributors to the EU. Sad days all around.

  12. 10 % is still very lazy. When they go bellow 3 % I will consider them normal.

  13. Wow…seems like the left is doing a better job of it than a lot of the countries run by the right

  14. Too many immigrants, they are changing the culture. We won’t recognize spain when they launch their own space station in a few year’s time, with the spare change left after funding the EU deficit themselves.
