2. Never understand why targets are given as a range, if 62 is OK why bother going higher? Maybe Australians are not very good shots?

3. 62% is dodgy carbon accounting. eg farmer Bob burnt 100 hectares of native trees so he can add more bloody dairy cows. Bob then bulldozed some topsoil over the mess and BINGO. BIOCHAR CREDITS. The remaining 8% is battlers installing home solar which they would anyhow. A serious government would not have approved a NW Gas extension to 2070

4. How can you cut 62% without cuting 62% of consumption?
