Caught on camera: 15-year-old driver hits pedestrian in East New York crash | News 12

This man didn’t even see it coming. Watch this gut-wrenching video as the 71-year-old stands next to a light pole when out of nowhere, a car plows straight through, slamming right into him. Police say the driver, just 15 years old, was speeding down Pennsylvania Avenue and Hegman in East New York. Video captures him bolting from the car. Police say the victim was taken to a hospital in stable condition and the teen driver is now in custody.

A 15-year-old driver plowed through a lamp post and a 71-year-old pedestrian Sunday morning at an East New York intersection. Video of the crash at the corner of Pennsylvania Avenue and Hegeman Avenue was obtained by News 12. The pedestrian didn’t have time to react and appeared to be unresponsive on the sidewalk. The driver ran from the scene seemingly uninjured.

  2. I loved how all the police officers were chasing him two were running and two vehicules followed them like a real team work

  3. But it's New York so the teen driver is going to not have anything happen to him and the poor pedestrian isn't going to get any sort of anything because the state of New York doesn't care about it citizens
