Since, if I’m not mistaken here, Russia already has long range nuclear arsenal in Kaliningrad, then I guess it’s just a symmetrical response or something. I hope that it’ll end just as measure of psychological pressure on Russia and nothing more active.

US will just use Europe as a battlefield for some future war vs anyone who is not under their command (China, Russia etc), Europe need to get rid of all US troops and bases and make independent armed forces.
The unit was armed with nuclear weapons in the Cold War. Now it will be armed with precision conventional weapons. The title is completely disingenuous.
Also, Russia has deployed the 152nd Guards Missile Brigade with Islander ballistic missiles in Kaliningrad for years now.
