The national carrier, together with the Zagreb Tourist Board, presented the new year-round service at an event held in Berlin on Thursday evening.
What was previously a seasonal route has now been extended due to strong passenger demand and the strategic importance of linking the two cities.
Flights will operate three times a week – on Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays – with return tickets starting at €149.
Croatia Airlines first introduced the Zagreb–Berlin service in the summer schedule of 2024. Until now, flights had only been available during the tourist season.
From this autumn, the route becomes a permanent part of the airline’s network, available also during the winter months.

“This extension ensures even stronger connections between Zagreb and major European destinations, while also supporting both business and leisure travel,” said Marija Pavić, Head of Sales at Croatia Airlines.
The airline has been steadily expanding its European reach. In the 2025 summer timetable, Croatia Airlines added five new seasonal routes from Zagreb – to Hamburg, Bucharest, Milan, Madrid and Prague – giving the Croatian capital more direct links to key European centres.

Germany remains Croatia’s most important trading partner, making the year-round Zagreb–Berlin connection strategically significant.
The route is also expected to contribute to Zagreb’s tourism offering and improve Croatia’s connectivity with the wider European market.

Tickets for the Zagreb–Berlin flights are already available on the airline’s official website, www.croatiaairlines.com.
With the launch of this year-round service, Croatia Airlines continues to strengthen its role as a key ambassador for Croatia on the international stage, while boosting mobility for both business and leisure travellers.
