That’s ok. Supreme court will reinstate the law suit using the shadow docket.
WHOA he “eviscerated” it? Was trump “humiliated”? “Dragged”? Did the judge “slam” him? Can we please stop with this absolute garbage excuse for journalism these days? I personally can’t stand the Diaper Don, but the suit was dismissed because it wasn’t presented properly, and the lawyers have 30 days to resubmit. I wish these sites would just shut the f up and report the news. But where are the clicks in that?
Lawsuit just tossed for a procedural error. Trump can resubmit in 28 days. Wait and see.
