Road trip (3-4 days) to/from Alesund – Suggestions?

Thinking of doing a 3-4 days circuit road trip from Alesund, driving to Øye, Geiranger, along the Atlantic Road, etc. This is paired with a 5-6 days trip to Lofoten before/after as well. For the Alesund part, I'm considering a road trip shown.

Is this worthwhile for a 3-4 days trip? Any suggestions on where to stay overnight for this?
