  1. Ted….. Cruz? I agree with something Ted Cruz said?!? I hate this timeline.

  2. Holy shit, I’m so sick and tired of the wholly baseless “EvIl DeMoCrAtS wIlL aBuSe PoWeR jUsT lIkE wE aRe!” claims. If Democrats were remotely interested in doing that, Fox News would have been (justifiably) shut down years ago.

  3. The worst thing about this whole situation is now I agree with Ted Cruz and Tucker Carlson.

  4. Let me guess. He says the FFC chair acted like a mob boss, and then said how cool mob bosses are.

  5. Hey ~~Raphael~~ Rafael, you and a couple of your buddies in the Senate would be enough to stop this circus.

  6. Well shit I´m in (half agreement) with him here. (half since he does say hes glad Kimmel is off air).
But he openly agrees that Carr clearly threatened them into doing it.
Wouldnt be surprised if Cruz is gonna be a solid wall against censorship bills (given that hes the senate leader for the committe bills like KOSA have to usually go thru).

  7. I hope cruz is right, that the Democratic party gets back in power and does just that. Go after everyone of these traitors and lock them up. Stop playing nice.

  8. I think there must be some sort of mistake here! Is this “Ted Cruz” covered in slime and carrying an odor of Sulphur? If not its a different “Ted Cruz” that’s more human than the infamous one.

  9. From the headline, and part of the article, it makes you wonder if Cruz is condemning Carr or complimenting him. With Cruz could go either way.

  10. Whenever the fascists sense they escalated too quickly they’ll pretend to care about democratic values enough to calm opposition until they consolidate enough power to ramp up the oppression even further.

Sometimes they’ll even go too far on purpose so they can gaslight and weaponize outrage.

  11. Then let’s impeach him. Hopefully you won’t be in power forever and when your not, all off these breaches of law and protocol are fair game against your tribe.

  12. Oh, are the Republicans starting to get cold feet about this whole “all dissent will be crushed” thing?

  13. For someone who went to Harvard Law and clerked for a Supreme Court Justice, it is odd his concern is that the Democrats will use it against Republicans, not that it is a blatant violation of the first amendment.

  14. It’s never “we shouldn’t do this because it’s wrong.”. Republicans drive me crazy

  15. You can have a bunch of Republicans ringing the alarm but they are not going to do anything about it when it matters.

  16. The same Ted Cruz who once said of Donald Trump “this man can’t be trusted with common sense. Why would we trust him in the White House?”.

And then went on to endorse him.

  17. A world where Carlson and Cruz are having objections against current admin …. must mean we’ve veered into fucking dictartorship.

  18. Maybe we’ll get a fresh “lyin’ Ted Cruz’. It’s been a minute.

  19. “Worst person you know makes a good point.” should have been the headline.

  20. Ted Cruiser is a hypocrite, and a nothing. Never done anything positive in his life, and has left latino’s behind for his own wealth, power, and little boys, or girls. So f’d up

  21. I love how their concern isn’t about violating their own principles but rather “what if Democrats use this against us”

  22. Ugh, that feeling in your stomach when the worst person you know agrees with you.

  23. he did it! Ted Cruz had a good take after 23,797 tries!

  24. “They will do this to us” I mean, no, I don’t think Democrats will do that, because we care about the Constitution. Republicans, however, are currently doing it.

  25. This is how it is supposed to work. This is the point of freedom. Good job Ted Cruz…? (And now I’m nauseated).

You can argue that his stance is purely selfish because he only opposes Carr out of fear of future democrat retribution. But that is the whole damn point of freedom. Freedom means I have to deal with people saying shit I don’t like, because that means they have to deal with whatever I want to say. Freedom can be selfless, but it is ultimately *about* selfishness.

  26. I agree with Tucker Carlson and Ted Cruz? WTF is happening?

  27. This is the confused tug-of-war meme all over again.

  28. I had to read that headline three times before I realized I may agree with Ted Cruz.

  29. Ok Teddy now go gag on Trump’s tiny flaccid cock some more you spineless twat

  30. *Ted Cruz APPROVINGLY compares FCC chair to mafia boss over his Kimmel warning.*

  31. Damn son we at the point I agree with Ted Cancun Cruz….. u know we screwed

  32. Ted Cruz flip flops worse than a fish. If it was a vote he would probably have voted for it

  33. Guys, I don’t like this. Cruz. Fuentes. Carlson. This has been a strange week.

  34. This has been a surprising week.

First President Epstein actually told the truth, saying, “Intelligent people don’t like him,” then MTG comes out against MAGA and President Epstein, and now Ted Cruz is criticizing the FCC chair and fighting for free speech.

Is MTG and Cruz going to lead us out of darkness brought on by the rest of the GOP!?!?!? Who Knew!!??

  35. I believe I speak for the majority when I say…wut?
