Who should maintain the grass between the road and the pavement?

1. Are you scared of butterflyes? If no just leave it alone

2. Check what kind of road is it – if it belongs to the city the county or is it national.

   pavement – city property

   land in-between – yeah, city property

   The city is responsible, but it’s not like you can do anything like sue the city for not cutting it.

   I would take that to mean that your responsibility extends to the pavement at most (as in some cases it’s your job to clear it of snow/ice). 

5. It depends. If you drink alcohol there it’s public space. If someone break a leg on ice it’s your fault.

6. In the suburbs its the property owner i think. 5 meters off the fence is your problem

7. Plant some tree there, wait for someone to report you and then people responsible for it will show up

8. If it is located in a city within a urban environment or on main road Municipality is usually taking care. Anyway do as your neighbor are doing. In Poland there is a huge number or not written rules and this is one of them.

9. Polish “suburbs” are not like American ones, this is all responsibility of city/county youre in, unless something is on the property you bought, dont worry abt it. I mean nobody is gonna stop you from watering it but ehhh its just a small piece of grass

10. As someone working in a company cutting those grass plots, it belongs to the city and if a city will put a contract on it, a private company will cut it unless you put a little “fence” around it or other indicator that you don’t want it cut (like a small sign or some flowers)

11. Looks like Formula 1 track project.
