  1. honestly i have no idea why FF/FG have such a massive horn for replicating the property bubble, or why it’s getting them votes

    those policies just totally ran the country into the ground. even the upper middle class ppl who complain about being taxed, are only paying so much tax because of those stupid policies

    irish ppl seriously need a referendum to give everyone the right to housing in the constitution, and they seriously need the councils to start actually start building

    it’s absolute insanity to have the council using tax money to bid against private buyers like investment funds at private auctions. even when the council do build something, they use tax money to hire for-profit contractors
