Iceland warns shoppers must ‘scan receipts’ before midnight on Wednesday
Iceland is set to give shoppers the chance to win a YEAR’S tuition – with university fees on offer for a lucky customer. The frozen food specialist, which has stores in Birmingham, is giving customers the chance to win a payment of 1 year’s tuition fees (up to a maximum amount of £9,535).
No cash alternative will be offered for the Prize, and the Prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable. The prize draw is open only to entrants who meet all of the criteria.
Criteria includes UK residents aged 18 or over (excluding Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man); and English or Welsh undergraduate students who will commence their first year of study at a HEP located within the United Kingdom in September 2025 and who have a valid registered HEP email address, and such entrants shall be defined as “Entrants”.

Entries to the prize draw are made by scanning the QR code and successfully completing an online form before 11.59pm on Wednesday 24 September 2025.
Iceland says: “Entrants who complete these steps will be automatically entered into the prize draw. One entry per person. Entries outside the Entry Period or which do not meet the entry criteria will not be considered. Internet access and a valid registered HEP email address is required to enter.
“The winner will be selected using a random computer process from all eligible entries after the Entry Period closes. The winner will be contacted by Iceland’s Customer Care team, by email or telephone.”
