As governor of North Dakota, Doug Burgum bragged about his state’s wind energy. He shed those views when he became Interior secretary after Trump tapped him to kill it.

1. Why not start with his former state?

   Do it right in front of them, end their energy and jobs. They probably will approve and thank him.

2. There’s a great story containing the quote: “The all think they can be president”. Burgum seems a little too young to me.
