1. My gut feeling was US was preventing these type of attacks when they were providing free arms. Preventing oil prices going up. Now they buy arms they can attack the Russian acheleas heal. More cards for Ukraine. Cuts off funding for Russia.

2. Just shows that Russian oil supplies could be totally wiped out by the UN, the West or even Europe practically overnight if there was the will to seriously end the war.
