LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Following the 'indefinite suspension' of 'Jimmy Kimmel Live!', California Governor Gavin Newsom posted on Friday, September 19 that he would 'indefinitely suspend' Kid Rock from performing in his state, claiming that his music is "horrific".

Gavin Newsom took to X and wrote in all caps, "Because of his horrific music, California will indefinitely suspend Kid Rock from performing in this golden state. You're welcome! — GCN."

  5. This is a first amendment violation, and Newsom is doing it on purpose so that when Trump complains, whatever he says can be used against him when Kimmel brings him to court.
