Ballymote’s Brian Colsh and the Ireland men’s Quad four finished fourth in Sunday morning’s heat at the World Rowing Championships in China.
Colsh and his Cork crew-mates Andrew Sheehan, Adam Murphy and Ronan Byrne will line up for the ‘C’ final on Tuesday.
On the opening day of the World Championships, the Fermanagh duo of Ross Corrigan and Nathan Timoney were second in their head of the Men’s Pair – and they progress to the semi-finals.
The World Championships are taking place in Shanghai – and run until next Sunday, Sept 28th
