Pint of Science – ein Prost auf die Wissenschaft!

Mit Freunden abends ins Lokal gehen und dort spannende Vorträge über aktuelle Forschung hören?

Das ist von **9.-11. Mai** bei Pint of Science möglich!

Das internationale Wissensfestival bringt die Forscher:innen der Stadt aus ihren Laboren heraus und bietet ihnen eine Bühne in den Lokalen der Stadt. In verschiedenen **Bars Wien, Innsbruck, Graz und Krems an der Donau** werden Wissenschaftler:innen neueste Resultate und Erkenntnisse in ihrem Fachgebiet vorstellen und deren gesellschaftlichen Dimensionen diskutieren.

Fachkenntnisse sind dafür keine notwendig!

Die Themen ziehen sich dabei quer durch die ganze Breite der Wissenschaft: ob …

* Sternenfeuer & Sternenasche,
* manipuliertes Mitgefühl,
* fossile Pflanzen, oder
* die Zukunft unserer Arbeitswelt

… bei unseren Events ist für jede:n etwas passendes dabei!

Going out with friends in the evening and listening to engaging science talks? This will be possible from **May 9th-11th** at Pint of Science!

The international science festival brings researchers to the pubs where they can present their latest results and findings and discuss their societal impact. No prior knowledge necessary! The topics range across the whole spectrum of science:

* from the impact of red giant planets on our life,
* via manipulated compassion or
* fossil plants to the future of our working world
