2. Poisoned the jury pool (from both sides) to the extent hes never getting a fair trial. And that alone justifies a dismissal.

   Plenty of people, myself included, if ever sat a jury and someone like luigi came up and killed a greedy billionaire that actively harmed society, im voting innocent no matter what. In the name of all the people that were denied insulin, cancer drugs, overcharged premiums, the ever expanding pools of deductibles you have to completely fill before insurance starts paying 80%. Having to triple check that the hospital and every doctor and nurse in the OR is in network or youre denied all claims. Its just infuriating just even writing it all down and Ive not even started to cover all the shit.

   And because you have a standard jury that needs all twelve jurors to convict- luigi just needs to get one person like that on jury, then nothing matters.

   Its never going to be fair, so dismiss charges

3. Jury Nullification. However, I’m still not convinced he did it. The eyebrows were all wrong. The gun was found in his backpack despite them not finding it in his backpack originally.
