The “taxpayers” in question will be the wealthiest. Working people will see none of these mythical savings.
He really needs to get that message out in a big way. He should out it on something big, like a bus or something. Then everyone knows its true.

Now Farage ups the ante. Not just £300M a week for the NHS plastered on a bus. £230Bn in savings now. It’s full and complete nonsense of course. But it doesn’t matter, it plays to peoples prejudices so they’ll believe it and then deny the truth even when it’s obvious.
Note the he says migrants, not illegals.

Are they using the same calculator they used at Durham Council where they promised no further council tax increases if they controlled the council, everything being funded from savings and their DOGE team finding fraud, but within five months now have a £20m hole and they’ve warned the increase will be over the capped 5% next year. Hows tnat gonna work? It’s gonna cost money to do this, it will then cost the economy because the vast majority of migrants work, meaning they add to the economy. At best he could save money on hotels if he does asylum seekers, but that would still cost money to deport them and only saves 100 million at most (and thats assuming the backlog isnt cleared enough tnat theres no more hotels being used) And 230 billion? He just grabbing numbers out his arse? Or is it cause all his plans will cost about 230.billion so hes needing g to save the money there

Obviously that number is completely made up but also the extent of dehumanisation of all foreigners is on clear display here. The notion that it’s fair and just to start throwing out people who’ve lived and worked here for years, even if it was to save this money, is disturbing.
It’s also just completely impractical on so many levels. The people who would not pass his salary threshold are likely to be care workers, builders, lower band health workers etc… as in the roles we’re constantly trying to recruit for.
