In Indiana, teachers found posting anything negative about the Sept. 10 assassination of media personality Charlie Kirk are being reported to the Indiana Attorney General’s office through a web portal, Eyes on Education. Gov. Mike Braun said in a post on X Sept. 17 the state could potentially suspend or revoke K-12 teachers’ licenses for “misconduct” for posts about Kirk that celebrate or incite political violence.
Do you believe the state suspending or revoking teachers’ licenses for negative posts about Charlie Kirk is appropriate?
