  1. I think the new feature they’ve added to give you cheaper rides if you pick a bike from a busy spot will be a really good way to stop those massive piles of them

  2. I’d like very much for new Lime cyclists to learn some basic skills. I saw a girl on a lime bike yesterday cycling through a red light as pedestrians were crossing and had the bloody gall to ring her bell at them 🤦‍♂️

  3. Councils should start converting car parking spots to lime bike parking spots and build more bike lanes. The city is changing, more people commute on bikes than cars. It’s high time councils realise this.

  4. Mark my words: Lime will crowd out Boris bikes if TfL don’t do anything about it.

  5. Yes to more bikes, but also yes to some basic provisions to stop bikes from blocking roads, pavements and being left in rivers. And more enforcement of basic highway code, like not going through red lights or endangering pedestrians.

  6. I wish boroughs could issue parking fines for e-bikes, not payable by the rider but by Lime.

£160 per lime bike parked on the pavement would raise millions if not billions per year.

  7. I had great fun renting a Lime bike for the first time a few weeks back. I liked that I could easily find one in Hackney, then drop it off in Stratford. A bit surprised by how expensive it felt, but boy it was fun.

  8. TFL need to compete and start expanding, else the TFL bikes will just disappear and their pricing structure is p. good (not great) and that money goes back into TFL.

  9. Will they make sure the mechanism of the bikes cannot be broken and essentially stolen
