  1. I still remember the TV ads; “don’t push me, push a push pop!”

I forgot that the Nerds/Dweebs sweets were a thing for ages until I saw a packet on the street. Instant nostalgia.

  2. Wait so for all these years what have you been saying after being pushed? I thought this was still a standard response

  3. You can still buy these in Asda/morrisons and the like, my daughter always asks for one when we do the shopping

  4. Funny, I was thinking about Twist ‘N Squeeze only last night!

  5. Speaking of 90s nostalgia. Having some horrific flashbacks to that Star Wars jar jar tongue sucker.

  6. Prefer Whistle Lollies.. always saw them in the chemists

  7. They turned into seriously sharp pointy weapons when sucked, my turd of a big brother would chase me with them

  8. I had the jumbo kind with *three* flavours 😌

  9. Push a push pop, here comes the flavour.

Push a push pop, save some for later.

    Literature.

  10. Oh my…. Memory unlocked.

Guess, I’ll spend the rest of the evening reminiscing. 😩

  11. I used to get warheads sour spray as a kid, never seen it since so I think it may have been banned haha

  12. Always preferred the flip-pop personally. Great times. Also the Big Stick. One foot of pure bubblegum

  13. My family likes to remind me of the time I happily shared “look, I’m sucking a prick!”.
It was cool making it sharp and pointy, what can I say?

  14. I’m pretty sure my local Londis corner shop still sells these. Given the dust on some of the stock, they may have been there since the 90s!

  15. Once you have kids you find out these things never left. They’re just not marketed to you and not in your eyeline at the off license.

  16. Oh my dayyyysss these sweets! “Don’t push me, push a Push Pop”. Loved these!!
