Hello all!
Just looking at those two products from coop, cant help but wonder why they have such big price tag difference?
Is it a quality thing or just marketing?
Obviously the expensive one is swiss chicken and the other from germany😅

you can check difference here:

You buy Betty bossy only if you really dislike your health and money
Origin of chicken, part of the chicken breast (The strip are from the whole breast, vs just the part of the meat that would go to sliced chicken most of the time), preparation method…
And also the label.
But yes the origin can do a significant difference because they don’t need to pay Swiss salaries and for Betty Bossy label, they won’t go with the cheapest chicken that is possible in Switzerland.
I eat them both a lot but from a perspective of taste, I like the Betti Bossy one more.
I have eaten both, several times.
The expensive one is a VERY different texture and general meat quality.
If it’s worth the price is up to you to decide, but it’s a very different product!
Isn’t one of them cooked (Betty Bossy) while the other one is raw?

cheap german chicken vs swiss chicken – you pay the premium for swiss quality but for me its worth it – german chicken tastes like shit
The cut, the origin, how the chicken was kept make all the price difference.
