Prince Harry’s wife Meghan Markle has received a delightful news from Britain just weeks after her husband’s reunion with King Charles III at Clarence House.
The Duchess of Sussex, who relocated to the US after stepping down as senior working royal with her husband in 2020, has got another opportunity to win over Britons.
The former Suits star has finally received an offer to present a radio show in the UK.
She recently revealed her love for the radio station Magic on the second series of her Netflix programme, With Love, Meghan.
Magic’s Content Director, Paul Sylvester, has now confirmed that an offer is ready for the former working royal if she wishes to work with the radio station.
He said: “The offer is on the table: if the Duchess wants to host a show, she’s very welcome.”
Will Meghan return to UK after receiving delightful offer?
Meghan is unlikely to take up the surprising offer as the Duchess of Sussex has not returned to the UK since Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral in September 2022.
The invitation comes amid reports of Prince Harry’s peace talk with his dad King Charles during his reunion at Clarence House. The Duke also visited the Kensington Palace during his four-day trip to the country of his birth.
Meghan made an emotional admission regarding the radio station during a conversation with Tan France, originally from Doncaster, who was a guest in the second series of her lifestyle programme.
“One of the things I miss the most about the UK is the radio station called,” said the Duchess.
France interrupted the Duchess to say: “Our radio is so good”, before Meghan revealed: “Magic.”
The fashion expert made a shocked facial expression before exclaiming: “Magic FM?! Now, um, sorry to say this to you, uh, publicly, but that’s such a grandma station.”
Earlier this week, Meghan also received major backing from Netflix’s co-chief executive Ted Sarandos, saying: “One thing we learned early with Meghan… she has remarkable influence—remarkable.”
