The video shows my neighbour’s garden, taken from my bedroom window. at Christmas Easter and Halloween he fills his front garden full of these flashing lights but this year he has left this one in place all year. It flashes from dusk till dawn and lights up my bedroom, even with blackout curtains.
When I explained that I am epileptic and asked him to tone down the lights a bit, he went out and bought bigger and better lights.
When I hung a little wind chime outside my front door he pounded on my door, shouting and bullying me until I took it down.
What category of personality disorder could anyone suggest this man fits into? I would just like to know what I am dealing with here.
