Shame – it’s a nice area. The new councillors are probably already drawing up hit lists of statues to destroy, streets to rename, and historical buildings to try to knock down.

Not surprising, I mean, people finally realised what scam they got into when voting Tories and Brexit, now they’re not going to be fooled anymore.
People aren’t voting for Labour because they’re a good party, they’re voting because they aren’t the Tories
I’m surprised the Tories haven’t dumped BoJo yet. Keir Starmer is just another woke, middle-class lefty and the most uninspiring Labour leader yet. The Tories were flying high until the pandemic.
Shame he’s now being investigated for breaches of the Covid rules.
Labour winning London isn’t really anything to write home about it. It’s the rest of the country they need to find ideas for. Probably entirely incompatible with what makes them popular with London voters.
