What are some of your favourite Daisy moments?
In 1935, Crown Prince Gustaf Adolf of Sweden commissioned a brooch in the shape of a Daisy as a wedding gift for his only daughter, Princess Ingrid, when she married the future King Frederik IX of Denmark. The diamonds in the Brooch came from his late wife, Crown Princess Margareta, and the design echoed her nickname ‘Daisy’, which is also the national flower of Denmark.
Queen Ingrid continued to wear the brooch in the most significant moments of her life. In 1967, Queen Ingrid loaned the Diamond Daisy Brooch to her eldest daughter, Princess Margrethe, on her wedding day.
In April 2000, Queen Ingrid gave her Diamond Daisy Brooch to her eldest daughter, Queen Margrethe II, in honour of her 60th Birthday. Just months later, in November 2000, Queen Ingrid passed away.
"When I was sixty, on my birthday, my mother had just turned ninety. She gave me the daisy brooch, which I must say, I was extremely touched, to be given it like that," Queen Margrethe told De Kongelige Juveler documentary.

Obsessed with the middle placement. Gotta try that out myself!!
So beautiful!!
This is amazing, I didn’t know it was her mother’s and had a connection to her grandmother, that’s so sweet.
I feel like she has the biggest daisy jewelry collection. She has those earrings with many tiny daisies, the many brooches, wasn’t there even a daisy dress or something like it?

The first photo. When I say I want to look like a princess this is going to be my reference. So dreamy.

I loved this daisy tiara from Denmark
I love that brooch. It’s a stonking wall of diamonds but it’s also very sweet and personal.
I have to think that the brooch goes to Isabella, with her being the oldest granddaughter and the namesake for both Ingrid and Margrethe. What do you all think?
