> The research found that […] The Tories were ahead on public finances, government debt, crime, immigration, Britain’s reputation in the world
Fuck me.
If your mental health is reliant upon the tories losing an election, please prepare now for that reality.
Find meaning elsewhere, create a village mentality wherever you are.
There is a failure in democracy and it’s highlighted in the narrative of labour party currently.
Empowered classes of leftists (Pensioners, Wealther “blue collar” workers like plumbers/electricians) have the privilage and entitlement of suffering slightly under right wing governments leftist pressure groups and the most vunerable in our socioty cannot really ‘choose’ to vote for a right wing government the neo-liberal left-wing therefore effectively leans on and directly gains the abuse of the right-wing.
If the disabled/impoverished don’t vote they will be ignored. If they vote for labour they are equally ignored and their situation worsened because redressing their concerns will make those who “could endure” voting conservative switch off supporting them.
“Marginalized” is a very apt word. Functionally ignored in the margins of the calculus.
Hahahaha comedy hour. And this is a political article. Why not just post things from labour’s website next.
