It’s a pittance, it’s fucking hilarious.
I think China has spent something like $600Bn in the past few years on OBOR – unless this is a new part of the yearly EU budget, it’s not going to make a whole lot of difference.
It feels like we try to win in a race against China lol
Like we say here – you are trying to hunt monkeys with bran.
Why not start to bring manufacturing back from China?
No more trade secrets lost to industrial espionnage.
Greener factories
Less slavery
If they added a zero that would be a more believable effort.
