1. the article has a lot of problems and lacks clarity:

   *“All of this is gratuitous, dangerous, and irresponsible. There’s no need to risk one’s safety and enter a war zone to deliver aid to Gaza, which the Italian government could have delivered in a matter of hours.”*

   *She urged them instead to accept a proposal from Rome to transfer the aid to the Latin Patriarchate of Jerusalem in Cyprus, which would then assume the responsibility of delivery.*

   It’s not mentioned at all *how* the Patriarchate will deliver the aid. The Flotilla movement says that any aid that goes into Gaza gets filtered by the pro-genocide GHF. Is that where the Patriarchate will send the aid to?

   Evading the GHF and the IDF’s pro-genocide controls is the entire point of the Flotilla. How could CNN write such an article without mentioning such a basic aspect of the situation?

   The GHF isn’t even mentioned a single time in the article, nor the fact that thousands of Palestinians have been killed by Israel while trying to get food from GHF sites.
