It’s time for legislators to to bring in ankle bracelets, for house arrest, parole or probation. The focus should be on prevention as too many reoffending persons fill the courts.
They’ll learn being in the public space is a great privilege they have to earn. It would allow sentences to more impactful, so two years with jail and four years afterwards on a bracelet, let them lose their 20’s and be an example to others.
So you might do two years in jail but have 8 years chained up around your local village like a dog.
Not surprised, Longford town is a fucking kip and has a serious problem with a certain group of people.
