I think Darth has a midnight slot on west coast pirate radio.
“Many at last year’s prices!” – back in the days when 10% inflation was the norm, this meant enough to the average person that it was a selling point worth mentioning.
Those telephones were built to last though, when everything else was in the bin you were still tripping over those bastards late at night in the darkness.

My 74 year old mother still says that she’s going to “Quinnsworth” for the messages, god bless her
It’s breaking some part of my childhood mind to hear Maurice Pratt talking like a normal person there at the end
I always wanted an evil knevil stunt cycle. I was trying to explain what it was to my kids a while back and how it was the coolest toy when I was young. I was always well jealous of any of my friends who had one.
Dat green ting
God I’m a huge star wars nerd and this video is killing me lmao.
Snowspeeder in space? With a tie?
Jedi speeder? No, that’s a scout speeder
Scout walker? Wtf is wrong with it’s head?
This is hilarious
You thought you had it all figured out, but you didn’t. You’re no son of mine.
Fookin’ chatter telephone at £7.99? Are you insane, Darth Vader and/or Maurice Pratt? That’s a quid more than a JEDI Speeder Bike and a quid less than Fookin’ Monopoly. Set the Death Star coordinates for the Quinnsworth System!
Jimmy Magill’s second cousin there, directing.
Fucking amazing find. I love the intensity of It all. If there’s more of this please upload
Those prices look extortionate for the time period.
I grew up in one of them £49.95 superhomes. Happy memories. The folks have retired to Spain now and have the house rented out to fund it.
Love this ad. So inaccuate. Snowspeeders in space and Star Trek-style teleportation.
“Howaya Darth.”
(46 M) I remember this very well , absolute vintage gold , just wish I was more careful with my toys and kept them in boxes , be worth a few quid today ;((
There was another advert with Maurice on child’s tricycle that is burned into my memory. It was fucking hilarious to me as a child but I’ve never been able to track it down.
So it looks like Father Dick Mayo from Father Ted was based on Maurice Pratt.
Did anyone else notice some similarities?.
