This comes from my website, where you can compare with other years or countries.

I am myself from Belgium, so I thought that I would share this here.

  1. What is an emigrant in this case ? Belgians moving to those countries or people from those countries that left Belgium in that year ?

  2. And how many of these Dutch and French are actually Moroccan or Algerian? These statistics have no value.

  3. A tiny bit more Belgians move to Spain than Spanish coming to Belgium. I wonder if this is the same age group. I am assuming that a lot of the Belgian moving to Spain are retired but I could be wrong.

  4. So unqualified people coming in and qualified people leaving ? That must be good I’m sure

  5. My impression was: 1. Morocco 2. france 3. Romania 4. Poland 5. Cameroon

  6. Someone that migrated before, like a Dutch person moving to France, and then moving to Belgium; are they counted as being French or being Dutch?

  7. 0 belgians moved to thailand for example, think your data isnt complete

  8. Allemaal stuk voor stuk vluchtelingen uit oorlogsgebied die hulp nodig hebben.

  9. Is there a reason why Romanians like to immigrate to absolutely everywhere? Or is it just something Roma are thought, ‘you shall always leave Romania’
