Travis Decker declared dead by US Marshals Service

Back to breaking news. US Marshals. The Service has declared that Travis Decker is dead. This declaration is part of a court filing to dismiss Decker’s criminal case for the murder of his three daughters near Leavenworth earlier this year. It also dismisses his arrest warrant. This comes after Schlan County Sheriff’s Office folks found the remains that they believe to be Decker. The sheriff’s office says it is still waiting for DNA confirmation.

The declaration came as part of a court filing to close Decker’s criminal case.

  12. Im sure he was recognizable baking in the sun for months. Would be something to see if he tortured himself before taking the elevator it would only be right. I dont understand how people just snap! Then. Poof!!Just killed all his children and ran. 😮 i guess i shouldnt judge until the news decides which is the mistic dramatic story without any clue why he did it and stayed alive..ppl should not do drugs!!😮

  15. SAD THING IS, IF WASHINGTON STATE WOULD HAVE DONE THEIR JOB. THEY WOULD HAVE FOUND THAT PERSON THE SAME TIME. THEY FOUND THOSE KIDS THEY WERE IN THE SAME AREA. THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN POLITICS RUN THE POLICE DEPARTMENT. INSTEAD OF THE POLICE DOING THEIR JOBS, ALL THEY WANTED WAS TO BE IN FRONT OF THE CAMERA NOT WORKING. ABSOLUTELY SHAMEFUL WASHINGTON STATE.
