Russian GPS jamming targeting the Spanish Defence Minister’s military jet near Kaliningrad is a serious escalation threatening flight safety and NATO operations. Such hostile interference must be condemned globally and demands strong accountability for reckless actions endangering lives.

1. I have often read and heard that for the Spanish, a war of aggression against Ukraine is a long way off. The Spanish don’t have the contact with the terrorist state that the Baltic states, Poland or Romania have. Now their defense minister has been caught out and the threat is getting closer.
