  34. I seem to recall that some weeks ago the Russians bombed the building where the Ukrainian cabinet was sitting. No warning. That wasn’t irresponsible, apparently.

    Perhaps the Ukrainians should do the same to the Kremlin, no warning. That wouldn’t be irresponsible, I guess. Or are the rules different if one (allegedly) has nukes?
