While the Prince of Wales, 43, juggles numerous royal duties, he has made it abundantly clear that his children always rank among his highest priorities. He demonstrates this through his behavior as a father.
Whether handling school drop-offs or cheering from the sidelines at sporting events, the heir apparent takes a very active approach to parenting, just like his wife, Princess Kate, does when it comes to her children, reports Daily Express UK.

Like any parent, this means William experiences the ups and downs of raising children every single day, which can be exhausting.
Though William typically keeps details about his personal life under wraps, in his forthcoming TV segment, the future monarch offers a highly relatable confession about what it’s actually like raising three children aged 12, 10, and seven.
In a preview for the upcoming installment “Living the Royal Life in the UK,” which forms part of actor Eugene Levy’s Apple TV+ show The Reluctant Traveler, William appears giving the Hollywood celebrity a guided tour of Windsor Castle.
During their stroll through the castle grounds, the performer questioned William about his preferred downtime activities. The future monarch responds: “Sleep. When you have three small children, sleep is an important part of my life.”

This isn’t the sole disclosure Prince William shares in the forthcoming episode, set to broadcast on October 3. While sharing a pint with Mr. Levy, William candidly discussed the challenges he faced last year when his wife was battling cancer.

In the trailer, he can be heard saying: “I’d say 2024 was the hardest year I’ve ever had.” he adds, “Life is sent to test us, and being able to overcome that is what makes us who we are.”
This isn’t the first time William has spoken about the severity of his wife’s fight against cancer, previously describing it as “brutal.”
According to the prince, his wife’s battle with cancer was the “hardest year of his life.” During a solo journey to South Africa in November. In a remarkably candid interview, William commended the courage of Kate and Charles, while acknowledging their health struggles had taken a toll on the entire family.
“So, trying to get through everything else and keep everything on track has been really difficult. But I’m so proud of my wife,” he said. “I’m proud of my father, for handling the things that they have done. But from a personal family point of view, it’s been brutal.”
